Breakfast and Lunch Information

  • Dear Parents/Guardians,

    As a reminder, this does not include al-a-carte items which are available for purchase. If a student intends on purchasing any al-a-carte items, we strongly recommend that money be put on the student’s account. This will eliminate the exchange of any money, which we feel is the safer option. Instructions on creating an account can be found on our district website under the Parents/Breakfast and Lunch Information tab.  . Any cash balance will be applied to the student’s account and will be available for future purchases.

    Please be advised available funding for free breakfast and free lunch are currently being provided through a waiver from the USDA. This funding can end at any time during the school year; therefore, families in need of assistance after the funding is no longer available must have an approved Free and Reduced Meal Application on file at SCVTHS to avoid any gap in meal benefits. The Free and Reduced Meal Application can be found on our district website at under the Parents/Breakfast and Lunch Information tab.  Please be aware that this meal benefit becomes effective after the application has been processed, which may take up to 10 days after receipt. You will receive notification of the status outcome of the application by mail.

    SCVTHS allows parents to add funds to their students' meal accounts in three ways:
    1. Bring cash or a check made out to "SCVTHS" to the cashier in the student cafeteria.
    2. Bring cash or a check to made out to "SCVTHS" and give to Ms. Santiago in the main office.
