Facilities Associate – 25 to 40 hrs per week
Responsibilities include:
• Assist with maintenance of grounds - rake, clean, shovel, lay gravel,
replace sand, etc
• Assist with maintenance of equipment
• Organize and manage inventory and supplies
• Update maintenance schedule log when tasks are completed
• Track daily work hours and PTO on payroll spreadsheet
Desired skills/experience:

SHOUT is a family-owned business for 30 years. We started in 1991 with commercial printing and expanded in 2005 into large format printing, specializing in events, including dance floor wraps, wall wraps and collateral materials needed for weddings, bar mitzvahs and any special event. We are located in Flemington, New Jersey.
We are currently seeking a Print Production Associate who demonstrates enthusiasm, aptitude, strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn. They must be fast-learning, detail oriented, self-
motivated and hard working. The successful candidate will have the desire to learn all aspects of the business so that they can grow as the business grows.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Managing production workflow; ensuring all jobs are completed on time while maximizing print production efficiency. Managing large format printing process after design which includes but is not limited to printing on large format printers, finishing on router or cutter, mounting and laminating to finished product. Must have mechanical ability.
Checking all jobs once complete to ensure what leaves the shop is correct and accurate Loading and unloading of our install vans and ensuring all jobs are in the correct van with the correct
materials Perform weekly and semi annual maintenance on equipment Additional duties may include assisting in shipping, processing orders, running mail lists, deliveries, etc.

Requirements
Attention to detail is a must. Capable of laminating, mounting and trimming to exact specifications. Experience in printing on a variety of media and substrates, preferred but not required.

Working with a crew of people, an actual job sites (our customers include pharmaceuticals, defense contractors, fire houses, warehouses, and other commercial locations). This personal actually go to the job site and work on the installation of the flooring, which would range from the preparation up to the final detailed painting.
