    Senior Awards Night is June 6th.


    Graduation Live Stream will begin at 1:00pm EST on 6/16.


    Dear Parents/Guardians & Class of 2023,   

    This is an exciting time for all of you as preparations are underway for graduation! To help make the process a little easier, please carefully review the information below. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms. O’Neill at 908.526.8900 x 7250. 

    • Graduation Date: June 16, 2023
    • Ceremony begins at 1pm
    • Location – High School Auditorium (Live stream will be available)

    Graduation Practice: Practice for all students will be held on Thursday, June 15th at 8:30am and on Friday, June 16th at 8:00am. 

    Senior Breakfast: The senior breakfast will be held Thursday, June 15th after the graduation practice.

    Seniors Leaving Campus: Seniors will be allowed to leave campus, ONLY with parent permission. Please click here to give your child permission to leave at 10:00am on June 16th. Form must be submitted no later than June 14th. 

    Graduation Ceremony: Graduates report to the cafeteria at 12:15pm. Ceremony begins at 1:00pm in the HS Auditorium.  

    Graduation RSVP/Tickets: Due to limited seating, an RSVP is required for guests attending the Graduation Ceremony. Click here to review information on tickets and to reserve your seat. RSVP's must be received by June 1st.

    Diplomas and Certificates: Official diplomas and certificates will be handed out immediately after the ceremony. Students should report to Pupil Services at the conclusion of the graduation ceremony. 

    • Dress is semi-formal
    • Carpooling is recommended as parking spaces are limited
    • Parking is available in the Main Entrance parking lot, Student Parking lot and the Administrative Building parking lot
    • Strollers & balloons are not permitted in the HS Auditorium. There will be designated areas assigned.

    Information on graduation caps, gowns and the possibility of extra tickets will be emailed no later than June 2nd.

    This is an afternoon of celebration and responsible behavior is expected from all graduates and guests. As with any school function, anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. 

    Congratulations to all of you on achieving this important milestone! Your hard work has paved the way for your future success. On behalf of the SCVTHS community, I want to commend you on a job well done. I look forward to sharing this accomplishment with you!
